Hi there!

I wish to run a "Like our page for your chance to win 50% off"

Question: AM I ALLOWED?!

There are so many blogs and articles that say that you cannot.. but then Facebook apparently changed their rules. Just wanted to make sure as of 2016 if it's permissible...

What are 3rd party contest apps for Facebook?

Any help would be appreciated!!

    Personally, I would build a content strategy and genuine engagement via the page rather than trying to earn quick likes through a promotional offer/competition. It takes time, but the likes you receive will be a higher quality.

    If you do happen to receive page likes from this promotion - chances are those likes will drop in number again once the competition has been won, or they will be people who've 'liked' on impulse, but will sit and be an inactive 'like' because they are not interested in furthering engagement with your profile. But that's just my two cents.
