Facebook not showing posts on business page

Seems to be a lot of people having this problem, but can't find any answers.
I have a personal Facebook account and from there I administer a page called Skidlids and leather for the biker community. I'm trying to get some content on the business page, but it just is not working, here is what happens.
I send an image/link from Pinterest - works perfectly
I like another page or post under the Skidlids ID, - shows on the liked page as having been liked by Skidlids, but nothing on my skidlids page.
Liked posts either show up on my personal page or a page feed which is not visible to visitors
Home page shows posts from liked pages, but not visible to visitors.

Is this what happens on Facebook? I've been on it for donkeys years, but never noticed this before.
