You should share posts that are relevant to your audience so you can build a following and NEVER post affiliate links as this is just asking to get your account banned.

If you want to benefit from Instagram you need to build an email list, then you can recommend affiliate products to that list.

As for what kind of content you should post to Instagram, I can't say.

But this means you have to first understand your audience, and what they're really interested in.

Once you know that, you can create an offer as an opt-in bribe to build your list. (And no, you can't spam your opt-in page either.)
