How many times you post in FB groups?

i noticed their bot is very very active.

I have two account.

One is main account , another one just " in case "

I noticed once main account lift from FB jail ...than you post ( not spam ) but don't know why bot caught me again ....and fb jail again zzzz this time just 4 days perhaps I just released from FB jail for two weeks.

      as usually morning , afternoon , evening and night.

      frequency one time two to 3 groups only ..and wait like about 20 mins later or so than post again see how

    I post in 10 groups at a time and wait about 30 minutes before I post again.

    Devilfish, you must build up posting in groups each day because if FB see it's not your natural posting they flag you up .

    Also it all depends what your posting in 'some groups' . Some people just spam in groups which they can't, always read the rules of group .

    Some things that will help you :
    • Post in 3-5 groups at start or till a warning comes up.
    • Always lead with value , tips, blog post or free training.
    • Be active in groups and not just post links
    • When you comment on person post, send them a PM and connect this will grow your network

    If you are posting in Facebook groups, you must careful about the frequency of posting. Never post frequently in a single groups try to post in some intervals. The best time of posts on Facebook groups are weekdays 6:00-8:00am and 2:00-5:00pm.

    FB group posting and sharing should be less and frequent, because sometimes facebook end can block your facebook profile or id by checking more actions or spam posts.

    do not post too frequently.. in fact post twice a day.. as mentioned in the answers..
    join about 5-10 groups.. regular engagement will help you build relationship with the group members.

    Last thing you would want is to be marked as a spammer. I know in groups where I am when people start posting few times a day without getting engaged with audience they fail really fast.

    Engage in group discussions, post quality content and only later start promoting more and more since they will see quality in you.

    And don't forget that a lot of people hire other people to maintain their social appearance because that can be a job just like any other where you have to work for hours to earn trust and become "authority" in that specific niche. Don't go over head spamming groups since it wont get you far.
