Want to start advertising on Facebook. Use established fake-name account or create new?

I've never advertised on Facebook so I don't have a clue how this works.

Let's say I have an established Facebook-account with all my friends and relatives but not using my exact real name (using kind of an alias).
Now let's say I want to start advertising on Facebook. (I also intend to create a business-page on Facebook, if that matters.)

What is best? Should I do this from my established alias-named account, or must/should I create a new proper name account just for the purpose of advertising?

You can change your name on Facebook, if that is what bothers you

Don't use fake name because this account will verify by your payment information. If you found fake probably you will be terminated from Facebook

Maybe better to start a new page and target the right audience for the type of page it will be.

I don't have a Facebook 'page' yet. Only a Facebook 'account'.
And the tricky thing is that many customers would be friends and relatives.

What I worry about is that when I'm about to pay for my ads it will somehow come to surface that I'm not using my real name on my facebook account. Or are payments handled in a way that this is not likely to be a problem?

You will need to use your correct payment details for Facebook. Those details will
be private between you and FB. Your 'friends' won't know anything about that.

You can set up fan pages or business pages and call them pretty well anything.
You won't need to give your true name for Business ABC...etc.

Ok. But won't Facebook bug me about the fact that my last name in my payment-details would differ from the last name for my personal facebook-account?

My ads has been suspended because I use different name on credit card and FB name. To unsuspend I have to send my ID card to them. I have change my FB name now and I will send my ID ASAP. I don't know how long this process.

Ok, so your ads were suspended.
But was your actual Facebook account suspended too?

Don't see why you would want to do that unless you're going to break the TOS. You need a facebook page to run Facebook ads, people won't see your real name.

I just explored a bit and pressed 'Add payment method' and saw that PayPal is an option.

Could this work to advertise pages I've created with my pseudonym-name account?

So how long before OP is back here telling us how "evil" Facebook is for banning him "for no reason" along with the conspiracy theorists claiming Facebook is just trying to get him to pay for extra support???

    I'll say 30 days.
