Quick questions about Instagram

I'm new to using Instagram and was wondering if it is common practice to repost my own images?

I'm trying to keep a momentum of 5-7 posts per day so could I take an image that I posted like 2 weeks ago and use it again? Or would that look bad?

    Hello ChantalVanderlaan,

If I was following you on Instagram and I liked your page, I would be disappointed if you posted the same image again. 2 weeks in fact is a very short interval.

It depends upon whether you build an "authority" instagram or not.
You may as well try and see visitors' reactions.

    Hello Chantal,

If I visited your Instagram for the first time, I wouldn't mind visiting a repost image if it matches my situation at that moment.
However as a follower, I might have a different feeling when an image is reposted.
You have a brand new channel and hands down I would expect fresh and new things everyday.

Like Everblue mentioned, it's totally based on the visitors' reaction. If you are planning on a proper channel, my suggestion would be to keep the idea of reposting for a later period.
