Banned Facebook ads

Hey

Im buying Aged facebook accounts from fiverr to use them to creat ads..
these accounts are from different countries (brazil, dominican, Malaysia...)
some accounts works great for me and others get banned when i create an ad.

I really want to know how i prevent my ads from getting banned ?

      i think the problem is not on my business but on setting up these facebook accounts (age of accounts , name , visa card, ip adress...ect)
