Add a presentation to my YouTube videos

First of all, English is not my first language, so sorry if I make any mistakes writing this message. I recently launched a new blog, and now I want to start a YouTube channel related to my blog. The idea was to have an initial presentation on each video showing the logo and something entertaining. To give you an idea, it would be something similar to this:
The problem is that I don't know how to do it. Is there any kind of service to create a decent presentation but not having to spend hundreds of dollars? I'm on a budget right now, spending a lot to promote my blog. However, I'm aware that a good video presentation can make a big impact on my readers, so I want it to be as good as possible, but not spending a fortune. Thank you in advance.
