    Facebook is the best.
    although i am being biased and one sided as i have never been on twitter.
    Reason being is that you set up a dedicated page (it's free and easy), and you can drill down in the target audience to who you want to advertise to.
    sop you get to market to the people that are already in your group, also being able to reach new customers with your ads.
