Facebook Shares Question

Hi guys, need some advice here..

Does anyone know why does this page gets so many shares?
8 best makan places in Clementi that even people from JB come for - Goody Feed

The page itself shows it has over 2,000 shares, but only 140 likes?
I thought its quite odd to have such a huge number of shares, and so little likes.

Also when I use some tools to check the states, e.g. sharedcount.com
It shows that it has less than a hundred shares.

Can anyone shed some insights on the number discrepancy?

    I'm using a plugin called "Social Warfare" (awesome plugin by the way, think it was $17 for a year and totally worth it), and I'm pretty sure the Facebook "shares" actually includes likes/comments as well as actual shares.

    Might be the same for this plugin as well.
