TL;DR version: You can't do it with just a domain redirect.

The tracking code is meant to be added to a web page. When the page loads, the code registers the instance.

    This requires an actual website.

You don't have a website. You have a domain with an automatic redirect. There is no place to put the code, no page load to count.

    Hi,

JohnMCCabe is right you can't add facebook conversion pixel on a domain. But what you can do here is that have hosting from bluehost or hostgator or any other hosting service provider that you choose and from the c-panel of hosting just install a wordpress on your domain and after installing wordpress on your domain upload any theme from appearance section of wordpress dashboard, free theme will work and then from there from the editor section of theme you can add conversion pixel by going to head section of theme.

Or you can higher any landing page services such as leadpages.net, unbounce.com, instapage.com or any other landing page services you choose and everyone has section of putting conversion tracking pixel inside the account and there you can put your facebook conversion pixel.

Or you can contact to your affiliate manager in CPA network and request him or her to put your facebook conversion pixels into the product's landing page, squeeze page or thank you page which you are promoting right now whatever the case asking or requesting to the product owner to put your conversion pixel in the landing page or thank you page through your affiliate manager. But its tricky one. Hope this will work.

If all you want to do is track the conversion pixel, you don't really need Wordpress. All you need is a plain html home page (content optional) and one simple html page containing your tracking pixel and a redirect (a few lines of javascript or php - lots of copy/paste code snippets available on webmaster and programmer sites).

Installing and maintaining Wordpress and a theme/plugins just to hang a tracking pixel is like hunting squirrels with a bazooka.

Please use an actual landing page, facebook won't approve your ads anyway if you don't have some sort of page before redirecting because they don't promote such ads for CPA/Affliate.
