Facebook not picking up post image for shared link
When I post a link on my Facebook page, it fails to pick up the image on the website page I'm trying to share. I added the OG image meta tag in my header area which is supposed to inform Facebook which image it should use with my shared link and it still doesn't work.
My posts look like this:

Instead, I want them to look like this:
http://s33.postimg.org/nsqtspm4f/Post_Image.jpg
I tried uploading the image manually, but it shows up below the link instead of above it. It could have something to do with my image size. This website says that the recommended image size for shared links is 1200 x 627 pixels. Is this correct?
