Best Facebook Advertising Strategy

Please suggest suppose if their is limited clicks in campaign like 1500 in a day then is it better to create 2 websites with 2 different facebook accounts. So that I can get around 3000 clicks as I am running 2 websites.

Also, as I have increased the bid to get more clicks but that doesnot worked as cpc gets higher but clicks is not increased

Please reply asap.

    cpc is higher means your ad is not getting any atention .
    best thing to do is cancel this ad now .
    lower cpc by
    1- catchy title
    2- catchy image
    3- if possible some words with humor doesnt hurt
    facebook likes low cpc means you will run it longer and they will piortize your ad.
