Tool for generating FB Cover Photos? (Can't remember)

At my age (71-yr.s old), I can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday ... and sometimes today!

So, a few years back, I bought a nifty little software-tool that allowed me to create my own cover photo for my FB fan page - even collages comprised of various photos I found on the Internet.

Unfortunately, I can';t remember what it's called or where I saved it.

So. does anyone have a clue what tool I'm talking about?

Or, does anyone know of a good - and hopefully affordable - tool for doing that?

    Canva, Pic Scatter, MyFBcovers, Instacover, these are the best tools to generate Cover photo, check these first, probably you will find , what you want.

    I usually get my graphic designer friend to do it to ensure it is the right size etc.

    In the past I have used Canva and it worked really well.
