Any effective/new ways to promote my YouTube channel?

I'm having a fast growing Arabic YouTube channel (fitness/natural bodybuilding). Below is my current situation:
  • I'm using Facebook, Google+, Tumblr, Twitter, Pinterest and Adwords to promote my videos.
  • More than 4000 daily views and growing (+8,000 subscribers)
  • Created a branded App. in both Android and iOS markets
  • Most of the tips I found online were implemented. Good content, channel trailer, good thumbnails etc....
What are the new ideas to help me boost by subscribers base?
One of the ideas I read that I can transcribe all my videos (+110) into blog posts. what do you think?

Yes, using your videos in / or as your blog posts makes sense. If the call to action you want is for people to go to your blog that should help. I am thinking that you are using your youtube channel to promote traffic to go to your blog.

If people enjoy watching your videos on youtube then they will also watch them on your site.

No. Actually I'm trying to do it the other way. I thought maybe I can increase my exposure online to let people subscribe and watch my videos.

Make your channel relevant and for your target audience. By making your channel more relevant to the users you are targeting, you are gaining on the referral rounds. people recommend that to their like minded friends and family and that gives the viral push. So first cater to your customized target audience. Use the tactics and language that they'd want to see and like and which can be relatable to them.

In my personal experience there are two ways through which you can bump up your channel's rating. First is by utilizing the ' call to action' feature and second is by letting others to embed your video in their content. Taking about the first point , you can start by doing direct host mentioning( that means that you can personally involve yourself in a video and tell your viewers to do a certain task e.g subscribe or comment below) , using end cards and video descriptions( you can put a link to your website or social account ).

Coming at the second point , you just need to check mark the option to allow others to embed videos before uploading your content. This will definitely spread the word about your channel.

This might be a great idea, just make sure you optimize the blog for SEO purposes.

Additionally you could actually perform SEO for your videos as well, like build some links, have them embeded in authoritative websites and so on.

The channel looks good! A strategy that worked for me on Youtube is to add comments on new published videos of popular youtubers in the Bodybuilding niche. In your case you can add comments on other arabic videos related to bodybuilding.

But...add quality, valuable or funny comments! Never say "hey, check out my channel!" because no one will. Watch the video carefully and say something right on topic...or maybe make a funny remark or something. In case you are lucky your comment will get lots of Likes and will appear first in the list of comments. And then many people will see your comment and visit your channel.

Social Media is a great way to promote your channel. You can post links of your new videos on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Also you can place videos on Reddit.

A good keyword friendly headline and good tags could help a lot.

Putting a section on your website is a good way to promote your YouTube videos also. A page labeled VLOG and just put your most recent video on there each time.

Keep it short. Aim for a length of 30 to 60 seconds.
Show viewers what you're all about. ...
Make the most of the first 5 seconds. ...
Use calls to action (CTA). ...
Give users time to take that action. ...
    Give your ad a viewer-friendly title. ...
Upload to the channel you're promoting.

Thank you all for the tips.

Just something that pooped into my mind right now. I was having a very old YT channel (2006) with few videos.
What if I created some playlists and put most of my videos there to get benefit from the Authority.
    What do you think?
