FB ADS - Conversion Problem

Hey, all my ads are launch to make conversion and the pixel is setup for "Purchase" optimisation, one of my ad show me that i have 2 conversions what that mean ? Because i don't have done any sales.

  • You haven't configured the ads properly. Check things again maybe you have set the wrong page and when the visitor is entering that page facebook is counting it as sales done.

    Check out Franklin Hatchett videos on FB ads and get it fixed asap.

    • Hey michaelkoehler92, i'm using a plugin so my pixel is properly working, i try to change it today (the plugin) and i had the same issue with the new one, i really don't know why a have this fake conversions, i'm not even doing any sales.

  • When you set up your ad in "ad set" what event conversion did you use?

    Events are purchase, add to cart, etc.

    This will tell you what the conversion was for. If you are unsure, in your ads manager account. Click on the ad and click edit, head to the ad set section, this is were you should see the event you selected.
