My cost per engagement trippled

Hello,

I just finished my last facebook campaing. IN the one before i managed a 0.06 cost per engagement wich is great.But in my last one i had 0.17.How can i decrease it.Am i obligated to post qoutes funny stuff that will increase my engagement and not post only my products that i am selling.Or is there another way?

    Sounds like your targeting is just fine if you can get as little as $0.06 per action. What did you change between the first ad and the second? It sounds like the first ad converted a lot better.

    What is the goal of your ads? Are you trying to sell something? Forget about how many people engaged for a second, how many people actually bought from you from each campaign?

    Cost-per-engagement and cost-per-click are vanity metrics. Yeah, you want them as inexpensive as possible, but what really matters is what converts into a sale.

    Facebook adverts is all about testing and testing. Run 3-4 set of ads with different targeting and other post types to see whats converting better.

    Sorry to hear that but what you need to realize is that the EASIEST way to make money off FB paid ads is RETARGETING.
