Is using Youtube CC Music Safe? I doubt Please Clear

Hi,
You must have seen that you can add a music in your video if you add it through youtube editor.

Yes! Right
1. Can the owner of the music revoke and Change the Creative comma to copyright and later on ask everyone who use their music either show their ads and remove the music?

2. There are many music available that do not require any Credit..Do you Think it is fine to use such music and later we are not going to fall in any trouble..

Ok What I want to ask..is it possible that youtube issue us copyright warning if owner of music copyright claim later on..if yes is there any way youtube will favor us or how you can fight such condition..

    1. Creative Commons licences can not be withdrawn retroactively. If you got the song while a CC license was up and you comply with its terms, then you can keep it even if the author removes the license later.

    2. You do not need to ask us. You need to ask the author of each piece.

    Hey Spa, I've been using this CC music for a couple of clients and have had no issues.

    If they're there I wouldn't really worry about it unless you get some kind of warning.

    Ok So do you think same applies to CC Videos..I think yes..
    Because When I search Youtube for CC videos, I found that many video have recreated using CC. But if I tried to remix the video again..youtube give warning that the video already copyright claimed.

    in This case what will happen to those video which were created using Video editor and and Video was searched inside CC, of video editor..but later on someone claims the copyrights..

    1. Those videos which were created before copyright claims under CC usages will be allowed to keep monetization ? or the right owner will have the monetization all money go to owner..

    actually youtube did not clarify everything regarding Creative commas..

      I'd like to hear about this too, I'm not sure on the videos.

      I've only ever created my own videos.

    After searching lot here and there, I come to a point that using CC videos are not Good for long run. Actually many people just grab video from other website and mix them, and if no content ID issue occurs they leave it for CC... But who know the correct source of the video clip. someone may come and Say hey this is my content and its copyrighted how dare you use it....

    Now! Question came in mine that, Because I am not the true uploader of the video, Youtube must not take any action against me, rather Youtube can ask me to remove the video. Because The video was in CC and I just mix the content and created a new video. But I was not the person who actually uploaded the video clip in question.

    Sorry Guys Youtube actually don't clarify anything nor someone from the staff came forward to give answer to such questions.

    So in the End ....Better not to use CC Videos if you really don't want to take any Risk with your genuine Channel
