Why is Pinterest not useful to me?

I've working with this social media to drive traffic for my blog. And I've got only 400 followers(which is not good) in the last month.

And the other thing is that I nearly no traffic from Pinterest, only 25 visitors from Pinterest.

Most of my client are female and theoretically speaking Pinterest sounds like the best place for my niche.

Should I wait? Or should I just keep focus on Facebook?

You should wait to get more followers and also try popular social media sites like reddit and stumbleupon.

How are you driving traffic from Pinterest. Do you have more than one account are you using any software?

Stick with Pinterest, it has huge potential. Keep increasing your following if you got 400 followers last month try double that next month and so on, soon you will have a huge following

Keep adding good content and moving forward and the results will come.

    Best of luck

There are a few things that could be the problem here.

    1) Your targeting is skewed - eg. Not making the most of things like tags, descriptions, correct link placement etc.
    2) You don't know enough about your buyer to target correctly - yes, your audience are women, but what more do you know about their needs/wants?
    3) Are you being social on there? Messaging, replying etc...'liking' others pins?
    4) You need to work on your content

Stick with Pinterest, 70%+ of their 100 million monthly users are women. So depending on your niche it can be very lucrative. Nothing is going to happen overnight, just keep at it, taking decisive action each day, and like others said...the results will come!

Well Pinterest is a kind of source where you can achieve attention from your niche if you play smart. In my experience, if you're running a merchandize based business where your day to day sale depends on the outlook of your product then I would suggest to select the best thing from your inventory and use that as a showcase on your pinterest. Also don't forget to put up monthly sales incorporated with ads that show urgency e.g limited time offer, buy one get the other one 50 % off etc.
