Making money from Youtube videos without uploading a video

I have heard people making money without even uploading a video. Is this true? Is it possible.

Some are saying you can simple use creative commons videos with are allowed for commercial use and monetise them. Anybody done this? Will it work?

Than there are those who upload movie trailers. Still don't understand how this works. I am reading contradictory statements regarding this online. Some are saying you would have to pay a fee to the film studio others are saying, the movie studios don't mind because they have everything to gain by more people watching their trailers. So which is it

I am desperately trying to make some money online. Would appreciate any advice on this matter.

    So, I have a fairly popular fanpage. (200,000 +). If I made a Youtube channel with creative commons videos, I could probably generate some income from that. Do you think that is possible?

    you can literally take videos off of Youtube and use them as your own within your Youtube account and it is perfectly legal with Youtube and use them as your own within your Youtube account and it is perfectly legal with Youtube
    try to steal other’s videos make it unique and use these videos in your own account, and Youtube is 100% OK with it. This is great because you can eliminate the cost of producing unique videos.
