How to promote someone's Fb Page/Post with my CC details?

Hi

So I have a few friends who wants me to promote their posts/pages by using my own CC details already given my Fb account.

Now one way is to ask them Admin account. Is there any other way to promote someone page even if he does not give access to me?

    The only way I know is by having a page with admins, you log in under your own details and use your own cc details to your heart's content.

    I wouldn't be sharing your cc details with anyone.

    Yeah you could become a part of the page and perform that task easily.

      What role can they assign to me so that I can run Fb Ads for them beside Admin. I guess Advertiser will work?
