Hi,

I've been seeing pages all over facebook do these facebook live polls using still images.

I know this is using facebook API's but has anyone got a detailed guide of how I can implement this?

Thanks.

Yeah they are using Facebook Live Api plus Graph Search API with OBS for live broadcast.
However need a detailed guide about how to fetch post reactions into Live broadcast.

    Hey Guys,
I'm Hayden - the creator of Method 1 listed on The247Tech's blog - I'm glad you're using my service!

I put it together because I was amazed there were no free platforms to do this - you'd either need to pay or edit code and work out how to get access keys. Then, I released it free as a gift to the community!

If you have any questions or suggestions, send me through an email - there's a link to get in touch with me on the homepage of the platform at https://react.cast.net.au

    Cheers!
    Hayden

  • Hey guys!

There are many tutorials online on this topic right now. However, they might be too difficult if you aren't very techie. Here is the simplest way to create a live poll video.

I managed to create my first poll in 15 minutes only I hope this helps!

Online voting by using the reaction are an excellent way to engage your fans. Creat real time post using
FastTony.es. Fasttony.es counted clicks on various emotes reaction. To use Live Reactions you need to have
any package at FastTony.es, and the program OBS Studio.
Voting is based on streaming Live stream which are counted clicks I like it! Set your own image of the
product for which your fans will be able to cast.

Making of any live facebook poll video basically involves 3 steps :

    1. Creating a poll template. It will be a simple HTML file which needs to be hosted somewhere

    2. Live streaming the poll template made in step 1. OBS is the most popular tool used and it is free

    3. Using Facebook's APIs to fetch latest reactions count on video of HTML poll(step 1) and update the HTML(with latest reactions count) so that live streaming also changes(step 2) and it broadcasts latest poll count

I have created http://livefbpoll.com which will help you in solving step 1 and step 3. Step 2 still needs to be done by user himself. I have also created a video which explains all these 3 steps in details : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crC-Rwpiqh0

    I hope this helps
