Use same images for several Youtube vids OK?

Hi All,

Im doing 30+ slideshow vids for a client...and wanted to use the same 5 images for all the vids.

The description, title and tags for each vid will be different.

Will YT have a problem with this?

I am making the length of each vid unique as well.

When you say images do you mean the video thumbnail?

If so, I've seen this done - as long as description, title and tags are different like you said.

Nope, not the thumbnail image.

The images are used in the slideshow...every 7 seconds a new image is seen.

You should have no issues if you change the video filename and change the video file metatags before uploading. To be safer make each video a slightly different length - 1s is enough.

I am actually creating the YT slide show vid in my youtube dashboard....YF lets you import
images for the vid and add music.

So there is no vid file to upload.

Ah OK - if you're creating separate vids in YT Editor I think you're OK. Don't use your existing vids and just duplicate them though. (But an alternative is to download one version, then reupload with new tags and new filename...)
