As far as CPA offers goes since like you said IG is a mobile platform you can try lots of stuff like free iphone giveaways and those offers for apps. Apps are a great item to promote on mobile. But I think most people who are cashing in may be hesitant to tell you their exact offers that they are having success with. You may have to do the old try and test different offers to see what you can get to convert. I have made more money so far with CPA offers than affiliate offers. I also have been doing list building which is going great and from their I promote affiliate offers.

mikeyman120, is Instagram only mobile? I only have a pocp (plain old cell phone.) But I do have a laptop.If it isn't is there a way to use that social platform with my laptop?

There was a way I guess there still is I just haven't done it for over a year and that is to use Bluestacks on your PC(at the time it was PC only - not sure about mac - EDIT: just checked their site and now it has a Mac version). It is an android emulator that will let you download apps from google play and you can download Instagram and use it through the Bluestacks program to upload images and videos to Instagram. Instagram.com just lets you browse the site but Bluestacks will let you upload from your PC so it can be very useful if you don't have a smartphone that connects to the apple app store or google play where you can download the Instagram app.

For me I have never heard of people buying from Instagram. I have heard you can get a lot of followers and share a lot of pictures but in the end I never hear about people attracting buyers. You might try Pinterest. It is also all about pictures, but the pics link to your blog or website. There they can buy from you or join your list.
