Why "People reached" is too low on one of my pages?

Hey.

I got several pages. In one of my pages I have around 700 likes and I get 200-300 people reach per post. while the other I have 20k likes and I get around 1k reach per post.

But in another page, I have around 2k likes but I get around 20 people reached only. Knowing that all the likes are organic and real and even big part of them is by Facebook paid ads for likes.

So why in a page I can get 300 people reached for 700 likes and in the other 20 only for 2k likes? How can I improve the people reached or make my post show more on their time line?

It may be based on their settings and how many friends they have. The best way to reach the most people is to have good quality content and make sure it is very relevant to your page

You mean good quality content as for the people to like and share it? or Facebook can filter the content automatically?

Because I read an article that Facebook is filtering memes pages and my page that is getting low people reach is like 9gag so do you think that may be the reason?

    Hi Isa Al,

If you build a less engaged audience then your reach will be reduced.

I, like many others, have found that whenever you pay for Likes, you tend to attract a much less engaged audience. This is true even for Facebook Ads Like campaigns. Many of the people you attract will be targeted because they have a high likeliness of Liking every page they visit and many will likely never return to your page or engage in any way except for that one time.

Nothing wrong in promoting your content and optimizing your campaigns for engagement levels, but whenever you specifically target "Likes" in ad campaigns you tend to build an audience of people with relatively low engagement levels, many which have no genuine interest in your page.

For the most part, the only value in running a Like campaign is to reach a level of "social proof" which may enhance a perception of credibility toward your page. The cost is a less engaged audience. For that reason I suggest that you limit the Like campaigns and focus more on creating highly engaging content and build an audience that actively engages with your content (people who comment and share) and is likely to return, over and over.

Thanks for your helpful and valuable reply

So you think I should keep posting and wait until I get the loyal and active "Likes" by time?

        Hi Isa Al,

Keep making posts that contain valuable content for your audience. Pay to promote each of your new valuable posts. Rinse and repeat. Let your Likes grow organically from the audience that is reading your posts. That way you will know which posts your audience likes based on reading your posts, rather than promoting Likes for the sake of Likes.

If you push Likes for the sake of Likes you tend to end up with a less engaged audience, which will cause your reach to be limited. It's all about building the most engaged audience to get the highest reach.

But the issue is that I am not able to get high amount of "people reached" on a certain page only. while on other pages I can get hundreds of people reached in a short time. I just want to know the people reached depends on what
