Facebook banned me from posting or joining groups because of my misuse of an autoposter!

Facebook sent me a message to my inbox saying that I cannot post or join anymore groups until 10:35 pm tonight.
I chose to post to a little over 100 groups but FB Auto, my autoposter, said that 50-100 is a good number so I thought a little bit over 100 groups wouldn't matter.
I chose 240 seconds as my time delay.
What formula do you guys have for posting to facebook using an autoposter and not getting banned?
