How To Turn Spammers Into Leads

When a spammer messages you on Facebook and tries to sell you something without building any rapport, just challenge their pain. They have legit reasons for wanting to sell stuff online, but you don't have to take it all the time. Below are some examples of how I've handled spammers. Leave a comment!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Spammer: Hey interested in making part time income online?

You challenge them directly: How on Earth have you not burnt out from spamming people?

or

Spammer: Have you heard of vcard bud? HUGE!!

You challenge them directly: Dude what in the world is this? LOL! Stop spamming people. You need prospects to chase you instead!

or

(This one ACTUALLY happened to me ) Spammer: Buy my carpets from India. Very nice knotted carpets.

Challenge them head on: What? What is this?? Is this your pitch to me??? Sir, you need help. Let me show you how to start a real internet business.

Spammer continues: I'm interested in your offer. But buy my carpets from India. Very nice!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This will ignite their pain that they are not succeeding with this tactic and will remind them of why they got into this in the first place.

This is how you get them to open up to you like a flower and they will ask for a link to your offer!

This works really well. Plus, it's fun to challenge people, rather than argue with them.

Recently a real estate agent knocked on my door to ask if I was interested in selling my house. I sell an Instagram marketing tool, so later I looked him up and asked him if he was interested. After a 15 min demo he became a customer (and a good one)!

I've yet to try this approach on spammers...but I'm starting to like it
