Facebook Ads Agency Help

Hello Everyone
I run Facebook Ads for my Client using FB Agency account . but 2 days ago i run fiverr ads i dont know that will be violate . and that violate and FB disabled my ads account . now i cant run new ads or even cant create new ads account. now what can i do ? i contacted them 2 days passed but no reply. so is there any option to contact FB ads fast ?
or if i delete that business agency account am i able to create new with the same payment system card number ??

    I work for an advertising agency and we would like to offer clients our services for helping them advertise on Facebook. Do you offer any discount to agencies? With Television advertising (which is our main way of advertising) we get a 15% discount for our commissions. We are going through another company when we need help with these services and would like to cut out using them so we can give clients a cheaper price when advertising this way. Please let me know if there is a way to deal directly with Facebook for advertising needs
