Is it possible to back up Instagram captions?

I have a large Instagram account. With every photo and video that I post, I write a large caption/description.

I am worried that none of this written content is backed up. I have all the photos and videos on my computer, but I would also like to back up all the written content that I have posted with the photos and videos.

Does anyone know of any service that will allow me to back up my captions?

I have searched all over the Web. There are many services that allow you to back up your photos and videos, but none that I could find that allow you to back up only your captions.

You could save them all in a Word document and date them so you know when they were posted. Every time you add a new photo and caption just copy and paste it into the Word document.

I don't know of any service to back them up.

  You don't have to necessarily do it; someone can do it for you! Try Fiverr. You can have this job done for $5, and all placed in a Word document.

So far there is none. In addition to copying the captions you made before, you can also start saving the captions before you post them.

There is no service to back up your caption. You will have to save your captions and photos on MS word.
