Facebook advert accounts

Hi Guys,
My facebook ads account under a business manager has just been disabled and Im having a really hard time getting it reinstated or even start advertising with a new account.
I have just gotten this reply from facebook on my ads account "Upon reviewing, your account has been disabled for not following Facebook's Advertising Guidelines. Ad accounts are evaluated for policy compliance and quality of ad content. When accounts have run ads that are not policy compliant, they are disabled. Your account was disabled for running misleading ads that resulted in high negative feedback from people on Facebook."
Also, the rep on facebook mentioned "We've reviewed your Ad Account again, and the decision has been finalized. The Ad Account will remain disabled for not complying with Facebook Advertising Guidelines. "
Does anyone have any advise for me on how to get my account reinstated or starting a new ads account to advertise and stay under the radar of facebook?
I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to help me out. Thanks!

      Yea, I actually did follow their guidelines and didn't go against any of their TOCs or Policies. That's why I was quite shocked when they deactivated my account.
      Could it have been because I was just a small player on with a $40/day budget?

      So basically even when they say its final, it just means that they are lazy to help out? All I have to do is just continue to bug them on the live chat until I meet someone thats willing to help out a little?

        Its a Copy/Paste computer generated message. They basically have your Appeal# in a line. Once it gets to your number, some dude/gal looks at your account, sees its flagged, and then just sends you that message.

        My Facebook ad rep told me most of them dont even look at anything other than the fact it's flagged. But every now and then, they look to see, and realize you're fine. Ive had accounts banned and then randomly turn back on months later lol just be persistant, and dont give up

    Why dont you get a vpn and create a new account, then only access the new account from the vpn. They will not be able to tell that the new account is you.

      Yes, that is my plan currently. However, my ecom store's fb page is still stuck in the business manager with my banned ads account. Im just wonder how I should get that page back.

        You cant move an asset once its in that business manager from what I gather.

        How did your plan of getting a new account work..?

        I had my ads account flagged for payment method and think I will wait until I die to ever hear from them. Lol

        I wouldn't mind trying to create a new account but I think the sneaky little *******s have their ways of finding you out pretty quickly.

      Forgive my stupid question here but how do you get around having to verify your identity if you create a new account..? They had me uploading my drivers license after one time of logging in from my phone instead of my pc.
