Which are your biggest obstacles in maintaining & updating your social media pages/profiles? Do you hire a social media manager? If so, how much do you invest per month in social media?

Social media is not only for posting on profile or page. It is a platform where there is a lot of things to do such as managing paid campaigns, creating pages, sharing in a groups, commenting, replying queries, creating images, creating infografics, polls and voting, shopping facility, and many more. Monthly by paying 200-300$ you can find a good social media manager freelancers. You can contact me for this. My email id is sadafmohd@ymail.com or find me on facebook using the same email id. Thanks!

If you decide to do this, you better be sure that the person you give content creation rights to ends up being a trustworthy individual that will post what you want. I have yet to find someone that I really like.

No. You should never hire someone to do you social media work. They won't capture the vibe that you (the creator) of company will. Find which social media platform works for you and hammer it. Be ultra disciplined and consistent and keep pumping good content. What I do is on sunday write out which picture & text I will post for every day. Only day I don't post is saturday.

That presumes that your content is really good and you have a lot of free time to spend away from your core business. Unfortunately too many people make these kinds of blanket statements in part because they don't have businesses that make them more money away from being online or writing their own content.
