FB targeting options when outside US are limited - way to overcome this?
Hello.
Issue is as follows: I am currently outside USA and I want to make a very specific targeting for my FB ads, however some of the fines options like some Behavior targeting or financial demographics aren't available for account that is outside USA. (even if the account was original created in US)
So my question is did someone managed to overcome this somehow with a proxy server or something?
I just tried using surfeasy VPN extension for chrome, but seems in vain. There was no difference even when I tried surf the internet from US IP server.
I would appreciate any idea and sharing your experience.
