I have a question here and looking forward for your answer.

Is there any of you Re-upload video on Youtube and then could generate a lot of Views

and traffic from it? Or Videos must be completely new for ranking and getting traffic?

    By "re-upload" do you mean steal someone else's work so you can try to make money without having to do any work yourself?

    I dont get very well your question but you can use creative commons from youtube and these videos you have the right to use them with no problem

    Of course you can get a lot of views if you optimize your video well. I mean the title, description, tags... etc.

    It doesn't matter if the video is new or re-uploaded, but be aware that you should re-upload only videos with creative commons licence.

    It is not a good idea to to steal someone's else effort, is it?

      this days so many videos are uploaded in youtube every single day so to get your video in first page of youtube is gonna be very very hard i suggest you create videos in low searching keywords that will get your videos in first page of youtube then when u get subscribers let's say if possible 5K Subscribers u can make other changes in your channel by uploading keywords that are popular.
      As u gain subscribers they will watch your videos but only when u have those subscribers u can change or create videos that are popular.
      Example: Entertainment videos are popular uploading videos with new channel in this category chances are your videos want get much views or maybe very few,however if u got subscribers it will push the video and will get you few ''K'' views that will help your video and channel to get even more views as youtube will suggest your video in other related videos.

          most these guys are fake from seoclerks or fiverr. I have searched my self deep to find a right person for the right job and trust me non of them did a good job.
          Some of them they gone as far as not producing any proof ! Which mean with out proof u not sure if they did the job or not!
          I do as follow to egt views and SUbs!
          I get about $1K+ a month form CPA , PPC ect... i use $300_$400 paying google/youtube to show my video ad in youtube i'm getting 100% subscribers that are interested
          in my videos when you get about 5K+ subscribers every time you upload new video up to 60%-80% of your subscribers will watch your videos as you have unique or real subscribers. So in a long term you make money that's why u have to have your own created videos

    I hear that you need to have at least 10000 views per day for your video to make some money from youtube.
    It is quite a lot, I don't think that with reposting you will get so much.

    Since you want to steal someone else's work and use it, I think your only chance is:
    1. Find great video with low ranking (small number of views)
    2. Then re-upload it.
    3. Buy youtube subscribers/views (do SEO optimization for your video) to push it up.
    4. If you did great and found really great video, you will be trending (not original video because it has low ranking) and real users will start to watch it.
    5. You are getting many views and get paid by youtube.

      Actually i don't care about get paid by Youtube, because that income is very low.

      I mean, there are only Original Video and they must some how got tons of views then could get ok income from youtube. I just intended to borrow some video and get traffic to my offers.

    If you reup Vid for making money on Youtube, it will be blocked soon. But if you want to drive traffic to your web, its fine. I earned huge money from this. About the views, you can buy views. Its safe.

    I suggest you to make your own video or use a CC video and tweak it a bit...

    The use YouTube ads... that's the best way to get tons of views...

    You can get lot of views only when your videos are original and interesting...if you copy and upload and reupload any video will not help you to get more views...also using proper keywords and optimizing your Video will help to gain more traffic to your channel
