    You can try To use many nicks

    Each nick post no more than 50 groups a day

    After you finish one round of about 7-10 nicks, you must somehow change the IP address to keep login into another nicks and keep posting.

    If you follow that, you can use almost all kind of tool. But nowadays still really difficult to spam FB groups. More than ever before.
