Social media marketing strategy.

So after my previous topic: i have decided to use the advice and start working at one thing a time.
Which will be in my case advertising on, instagram, so my question is what would be good to posts for the fitness industry, supplements? And how many times a day should i post?
Is a tool like buffer advisable?

The things i came up with are:

- short funny video's
- infographics (very time intensive)
- workout tips
- motivational quotes.
- food/recipes

Thanks!

I have a motivational instagram account I run on autopilot. I try to post 1 - 2 times a day and post engaging photos. Look at your competition and see what type of content they post and model your account after that.

      Hi Edwin,

If i look at instagram accounts of the competition i see, they do use their customers which have an instagram account and use their picturers. With for example a motivational text attached. Not sure how to do this, and it feels awkward to do this because my insta has a very low follow count.

You have a good base to start from, what I would suggest is as the poster above said...

Take note of what the main accounts in your niche are posting and model your account off theirs.

But I would also add, study the top rated posts section for your chosen hashtags and see what type of things always make it into the top.

After a while you will start to notice certain trends, certain style images or videos will consistently do well.

Replicate these posts as best you can, this will give you a good chance of hitting the top rated section and will give you massive exposure.

Also another thing to note is the quotes, post multiple ones daily think...

    Fitness quote of the day
    Weightloss quote of the day
    Workout quote of the day

You're going to appeal to a broader selection of people doing this.
