Can I combine between youtube channel and android apps

Hello Guys.
Ive created a new youtube channel about photoshop tutorial.and i wounder if i can make application wich will host the same youtube videos.
i dont know if its illegal or no ?

      You'll be able to make an app but just don't put ads on the app.

      Youtube or Google play really don't like ads on apps with videos for some reason.

      But video apps are absolutely fine so co for it.
