Facebook Ads Disabled

Hello all. My facebook marketing/ads had been successful for the last 18 months, no hitches or glitches. With a gross income of approximately $30,000 monthly (travel/tourism services) derived from the ads alone, all factors considering, I can say that we were successful.

With more than $20,000 spent on ads for the last 18 months, we were expecting our relationship with Facebook to be solid. My team and I were surprised to wake up one morning to find our Ads payment disabled, without any reason whatsoever. After several email exchanges with the Facebook Risk Management--complete with legal documentations and payment proofs-- we were notified that our Ads capability WILL NOT be reinstated, with the reason as "violated the Facebook terms and agreement". I requested for a specific reason but received nothing but an auto-response from their risk management team.

Has anyone here experienced anything like this? And if so, was there a solution to turn this around?

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

yeah that sounds about right, or get a new landing page and a shorter identity or brand profile to get it slowly back up to something decent.

Did you ever get a Facebook representatie assigned to you? I spend $10k/mo on FB and anytime I'm unsure about an ad, I run it through my rep.

If you sent all details and still they did not reinstate then best option is to start again
    1) get new fb ac
    2) clone your site on new domain
    3) look for anything on your site which may have trigerred that response
    4) clean and change site data to present in slightly different way
    5) log in from new IP
    6) start again and expect it to get shut down !! sometimes it happens
    7) there are people who will do ads thru their ac for you..you can try that

I am sorry but you need to start again. Limit yourself initially. Don't be in hurry for posting maximum ads else they might again disable. I know few people who faced the same issue and had to set it up all again.

I am curious as to why this happened. But for now you will have to clone everything to your new page. Goodluck!
