I want to Start My Own Group Board On Pinerest. Need some suggestion

Hope everyone doing fine, I am going to make my one important board in group board, this will be my first group board owned by me, my first question is how can I deal spammers? how would I know they are stealing other peoples pin? second If I add lots of people in my group board for example 500 people and those people have average of 200 followers, is that meant I am targeting my followers+ 500X200=100000 followers. Will all group board account holder will see my pin on their feed ? I hope someone will help me here. thanks in advance.
