Facebook conversions question.

Hi,
What sort of numbers should I expect for Facebook email opt in conversion?

I have a FB ad that is offering a free ebook '7 tips to...blah blah'. Ad is for a local business trying to drum up some new clients in the real estate niche.
Reach: 461 - Clicks: 9 - Landing Page optin conversion: 1

I feel as if the landing page optin should be a lot higher. I'm guessing people are not wanting to put email in?

I have a Pixel in place so I can re-target the clicks later.

Any tips to increase conversion would be great.

  • Don't know. Nobody does. To even begin to know, I'd have to see the ad, the freebie, all the stuff you did and are doing.

    7 tips to blah blah blah is not a great way to get people in the real estate niches... There's a lot of that kind of info online.

    Are you targeting a particular type of buyer?

    There are first-time home would-be buyers. Would-be buyers who don't think they can get a mortgage. Would-be buyers who're looking at 500k to 1 million and those who're looking at condos under 100k. There are buyers looking for mixed-use properties, commercial properties, townhouses only, condos, homes in neighborhoods with great schools, homes in neighborhoods with bars. Would-be buyers who already have 10 mortgages.
