Create Facebook Pages for Different Countries

Hello Warriors,

I have a client who has 1 main Facebook page for worldwide audience, the posting on this one is done solely in English.

As our audience grows, we're looking to create different Facebook pages for each local market (France, Germany, Italy....) and link them to our main Facebook page. We have have been using the targeting options available on FB to publish content aimed at people living in specific countries & speaking specific languages.

Do you have any idea on how to do this? I have heard of the concept of global pages on Facebook but don't know if this is still revelant at all.

Any tips on this is greatly welcomed

I personally use a global language page which is in English. You get the most out of it since English is the #1 language in the world.

You can continue managing the main fan page. Some would create a separate pages for each country - make the username constant.

    fb.me/businessnameFR
    fb.me/businessnameDE
    fb.me/businessnameIT

You can also do cross-promotion of the posts from the main page to the country pages. Later, when it grows bigger, you can also turn it over to its dedicated manager.
