Facebook Ads - $1 per day - Does it really work?

Hello Everybody,
Since Facebook paid marketing is so convenient and budget-friendly that it even allows advertisers to spend as little as $1 per day, does it really generate enough leads and sales for $30 per Month (30 Days)? For the obvious reasons, start up business would love this affordable deal but only if it turns up lucrative. If it does, please let me know. I'd love to try that out.

thank you for your this valuable information. If it's not effective then why does even facebook allow it. It should have kept $5 as the minimum budget to be spent on an ad. Please elaborate :-)

Instead of advertising facebook you have tried some other ad networks, i think will yield as high as instagram ... it will cost you from $ 5 <$ 100, i know this cost is quite high but it will bring Again you will get immediate results.

        respect

    • The minimum Facebook ad per day is now $3 that also the minimum amount you can pay for any ad while your targeted ad should be $3 if you don't have enough money to spend but your target ad will be less. The more you pay the better for your target ad. I try a target ad on my website with the free$10 coupon I received by Facebook yesterday but my bills was $13 for 3days ad though the traffic was OK but not as good as when I pay more on it. So give it a shot and share your experience to Warrior forum members so it will assist other with your great experience.

actually you can run ads by 1$. but it will not suitable for you. if you run new ads then facebook don't like 1$ ads.

You should run at first minimum 5$ then you can decrease amount day by day depending on your ads performance.

on the other hands, how much $ you can spend, it also depend on which country you are targeting.

if you target 1st tier country like usa, canada etc then 1$ is flop idea.
but if you target 3rd tier country like India Pakistan etc then you can go 1$ or 2$.

    Thank u

I own a brand new paleo diet website and have been building a facebook page audience of strictly US users.

My cost per like at the moment is $0.09 per like. If you need to target 3rd tier countries to get a good result, you are doing it wrong.

Virtually every response here is wrong so far.

Yes, $1/day can work. It just depends on your niche, your targeting, and what kind of campaign you are running. You also have to temper your expectations.

    Assume this scenario:
    • You launch a website about fishing and also launch a Facebook page about the same.
    • You run a "Like" campaign at $1/day for 30 days for 6 months (180 days).
    • Your price per like is $0.09.
    • After 6 months, your fan page will have approximately 2000-2500 fans that are genuinely interested in your brand.
    • With a reach of roughly 20%, each website post you share on your page is seen by 400 or so fans.
    • Assuming a 50% CTR (very doable), your website gets 200 visitors per day (assuming you post everyday).
    • A 2% conversion is 4 sales per day.

Yes. $1 per day can absolutely work. I do this pretty regularly with only a slightly larger budget for some sites (I run a few).

Need help getting a campaign setup? Get in touch.

    Hi,

Well it will not work with a low budget like that, it´s impossible.

If you don´t have the funds to do paid advertising then don´t do it yet.

Find some free ways to promote whatever you are promoting, and you will not lose money only your time.

FB ads will burn a big hole in your pocket if you do not know what you are doing.

Guys Please, you are confusing me. Just tell me one thing, If I target the relevant audience and region then why won't the $1 per day work. You see less is more if we are on the right track. It would just take me more effort to be more specific while choosing the type of audience the ad must be shown to. And thankfully, Facebook allows us to pick the right audience through different options like age, gender, industry and etc. So I think, if i go strategically, $1 would be enough.
    Say Yes or No

Willing to hear from you all.

    Regards :-)

I've been trying to do cheap FB ads but never had any success with it. I prefer solo ads.

How was your experience with solo ads, Javisito? I've not been down this path yet as i was a little put off the idea due to the quality of the list. You need to be spending a lot of money for quality list owners right?

In your experience, what's the cheapest high-quality solo ads out there?

It's not about the cheapest solo ads it's about the most converting solo ads.

The trick is to setup a high converting funnel that generate sales and help you make some of the money back right away as you build your list.

If you do it right you'll literally get paid to build your list.

But I agree one's gotta be careful when buying solos.

Indeed, one's gotta spend a lot in order to optimize the ad and most people starting out don't have a big budget.

Facebook ads are effective if you target valuable audience and region also. Try Instagram too as it is most used social app now.

It depends upon country and niche that you are targetting. In India, I generate leads for 5-25 cents. So $1 a day generates 4-20 leads. In US, for few niches my lead generation cost was as high as $60 per lead.

It can definitely help you boost your exposure, but that traffic won`t be worth much in terms of conversion and sales. But for anyone starting out, definitely go for it.
