Buy two get one free facebook advert
Hi Guys,
I have set up an offer on my shopify for a buy 2 get one free deal
I have set up FB ads but when my ad is shown and is clicked on, it takes the customer straight to my cart with only one product, not 2. They would have to go find product and add another one before the offer would be discounted, which they probably won't bother doing. I tried it all out myself and it worked fine adding from my site, but not from FB link.
I think this maybe because I have a FB store but I'm not sure
Any ideas most welcome
