FB ad help

I recently created a ecommers business and in trying to run ads for a special offer I'm trying to give out but I just can't seem to get any desired results. I'm having trouble figuring this out and in just looking for any experienced FB ad manager that could please help

    Maybe you should try contacting Facebook team first and see what can be done to fix those issues.

    If You are starting out on facebook, the best you can do is to look closely at you metric and try to split test different offer, images, text target audience. See what is working and what is not working. scale up the ads that are working and stop ads that are not working. If you have enough money you can outsource your ads to expert that help you manage your campaign.
