My country is not allowed to make youtube adsense. But a few do it. They have a lot of members(subscribers) in their channel.

    Starting off your business plan by looking for ways to bypass the T&C's of the services you plan to use to make money is a recipe for disaster.

    Even if you manage to find a way to do that you will likely led up losing your earnings and your accounts.

    What is the point? That domain is 10 yrs old - is registered in Canada.

    You can't point to other sites as "look at what they do - why can't I" without doing the research to see where the company located, where the domain is registered, etc.

    There are always reasons why some things will be banned in particular countries. As has been mentioned, you should seriously rethink your business idea and don't waste time and money trying to side step rules because it's guaranteed to come back and bit you, whether it's today or in 2 years time, and perhaps it will cost you a lot of money.
