How many pins a day is best to get pinterest traffic ?

Hello, I am a blogger and I am trying my ways to get some quick traffic from pinterest, I searched online about this topic how many pins a day is perfect to get pinterst traffic...informations are so much confusing to me, some says highest 30 pins a day ...and some says 75-100 pins a day !!!! I have a good number of followers and I have owned a group board also. I post lots of content every week, my question is how many pins really should I do per day? my niche are related with hairstyles, makeup fashion, nail art. I personally want to pin a lot as I said I have lots of contents and have enough infographics to pin a lot! but confused ...what to do...how many pins should I pin per day?

    Interesting niche site.I think that group boards are among the main matters in gaining traffic out of Pinterest. 2017 data supports anywhere from 5 to 30 pins daily, depending on how big audience and your accounts. Everything depends upon who you have and how and to whom you are pinning. Happy working

    The thing about getting traffic from any social media site is that you have to engage with your targeted audience. Give them content that they like.

    Follow people that seem to have an interest in your target market. Post content that they have responded well to in the past. Repeat the process.

    Social media is easy you just have to understand that you have to be a real human being and really interact with people.

    Remember that quality may be more important than quantity. Try and make interesting pins that others will want to check out, and hopefully you get some return traffic too.

    If you have loyal followers that like your stuff, they will definitely unfollow you if you'll spam their feed with 100 pins a day!

    I would say 5-10 per day, spread evenly throughout the entire day.

    Hi guys, just found this topic and this was one that I had been trying to research for a while. As I have read the way you guys do it is very different than how I thought it should be. But I think I am getting it a bit.
    My question there is why is the number of pins vital in this type of marketing? And if there is a good topic within WF regarding that please lead me. Thanks guys.
