Facebook Video News Feed Targetting

Hi all,

I once again need to consult the wise warriorors on here.

So here's what's confusing me:

I'm trying to post some organic Facebook content.

I read about using audience insights and to turn on that feature in settings, but that option isn't there to me. So my first question is.

1) Is it normal for an English language (but new) Facebook page to not have this option?

Also, instead of having "audience insights", I have something called "News Feed Targeting". When I try to add most things to the interest section, e.g. "marketing" or "Gary Vaynerchuck", I receive this error message:


Invalid Connection

You can only specify connections to objects of which you are an administrator or developer.

It then allows me to add the items anyway. So my question here is:

2) What does this message mean and why am I receiving it?

3) Even though I can add certain interest section elements but it says I can't, should I?

Any help would be massively appreciated.

    It is normal that new Facebook pages don't offer News Feed Targeting. I believe the this option is standard for pages with more than 5000 followers.

    About the "Invalid Connection" message:

    I get the same message, since today!
    Until yesterday everything worked fine, but now I am unable to select interests when posting to my Facebook page. Keep getting the "Invalid Connection" message when I enter interests...

    Weird... anyone receiving this message too?

    They banned my Facebook ad account because on my Facebook Newsfeed advert campaign, I used to word "Clickbank". Just to let you know.
