I don't know because I don't have access to your Analytics data, however being in the online retail game myself, I can tell you it is very difficult. We went from selling 1 in a thousand visitors when we first started up to about 3 in 100 now. Most of that is to do with refining the website for better conversion (which you need to do) and increasing the accuracy of our targeting with our marketing platforms. It will be a combination of both those things.

Here are a bunch of criticisms, even if you don't like to hear it, you need someone to point them out to you if you want to get better.

There are some things I don't like about the website. It is slow, badly laid out, and it does not scroll properly, I don't like the steps for purchasing on the first page "the 1 2 3", you really should be concentrating on what you sell on the first page, the whole goal of the website should be to make them excited enough to order something, so stop making them scroll through unnecessary garbage. The entire heading picture is unnecessary for instance, the shirt with the jacket there and the guy working on his cuff looks like a very specific type of person, it does not have universal representation, to me it looks like a hot Muslim country pattern, if your trying to sell to people in North America, East Asia, South America or Northern Europe, it is likely that will not appeal to them, a simple one colour shirt would have appealed to every location. The links should be larger since they are more important. Your logo is lame, it looks just like some Google font or something, not enough work has been done on it. You don't even mention what the items are made from, am I getting silver for that money, pewter, steel, what? What are the percentages?

I used to post on forums getting people to critique my website, I did this over and over again for almost two years and would repost every time I fixed everything people didn't like about it. Eventually people kept saying they liked it and I got no more suggestions, then I kept working on it for years after as I read more about marketing and the psychology of colors and other such things.

    Rest - Naked URLs/Branded Names
    Drip Feed

TYPES OF ANCHOR TEXTS YOU SHOULD USE:

    Exact-Match
Anchor text is "exact match" if it includes a keyword that mirrors the page that is being linked to. For example: 'link building' linking to a page about link building.

    Partial-Match
Anchor text that includes a variation of the keyword on the linked-to page. For example: 'link building strategies' linking to a page about link building.

    Branded
A brand name used as anchor text. For example: 'BHW' linking to an article on the BHW Forum.

    Naked Link
A URL that is used as an anchor 'www.abcde.com' is a naked link anchor.

    Generic
A generic word or phrase that is used as the anchor. "Click here" or "Read more" is a common generic anchor.

    Images
Whenever an image is linked, Google will use the text contained in the image's alt attribute as the anchor text.

Hope that works for your website and improves google ranking.

    Sincerely,
    Steve
