    Hey Rachid

This is a tricky one because of the fact that the video will still be someone else's content.

Honestly, the only thing that comes to mind is back in school - the topic as far as plagiarism lol

Your best bet would be to still cite the source from which you got that content.

Here is an article I snagged from Google to help you so that you don't infringe on any copyright laws.
Using Copyrighted Music in Videos: When is it Legal?

I hope this helps out buddy :-)

    • thanks for the fast reply , but i thing even if we cite the source from which we got the content that will give us a copyright from the owner , or maybe he will allow us to use the video , but he got the payment on his account and that is bad for us ...

Have you considered making your own videos instead of stealing from others? I make videos that regularly get stolen and re-uploaded by people like you, and I can assure you there's nothing you can do to stop me from having it taken down once I find it.

It is illegal and your account may be suspended anytime.
Anyways, If you want learn, I will explain:

    download a video
cut first 2 minutes and end 2 minutes of the video.
If possible cut 4 or 5 times in between

Then add your content (like title, video or images) in those gaps
And upload the edited video as yours.
Most times you will not be caught.

Fair use is the only exception to copyright. The main saliency courts look for is if your content relies too heavily on the one you are "copying".

You need to change the original in a significant way so that it is no longer the original in purpose and use. The closest example that most people get away with is similar to how your TV news can show other news station's clips and other video / movie clips within their news / entertainment segments.

This shows you that they "changed" the original content into something new and different from the original.

Additionally, they never play the whole video - just a small clip.

So if you can go through the hassle of making a new video from small clips, it would be much more easier to create your OWN video!

I can see no reason to copy other videos for marketing purposes and since it is for the same purpose of the original you are copying, it would most certainly be a violation of copyright in that circumstance.

As a travel agent, however, I am authorized by Travel providers to use their videos - that is the only professional relationship I enjoy full copy right permission outside of my educational field.

I don't think that's allowed. People can understand copying quickly. This might result in negativity about your channel and will lead to less subscribers. Better go for original. It's time consuming but legal.

You can download the video using clip grab. Then modify it. Add few of your images. Delete some part and upload at your own risk.

The content is not yours, so it's definitely wrong. What would you feel if you worked hard for a content only to be pirated by others? Don't do that. Create your own content.

better to create your own, u will not face any issues, even if you would like to monetize it. Instead of making efforts in editing other's video, better to create your own.

The only way is to directly ask permission to the owner.

Would you like someone to do that to your videos? I don't think it is right to do that. Why don't you use creative common videos so that you are pretty much free from copyright complains?
