Facebook video creation question - subtitles on a white background

Hello,

I am new to facebook video. Hope you can help and enlighten me.

Questions:
1)
How can I create a video or a facebook video with the subtitles automatically appear as I speak

Example:

As I or someone says "I believe that Bitcoin..." on screen it will show exactly the same

2)
What is the best way or software to do the following:
To place my subtitles on a white color block as background and my subtitles text in solid black color.

    There are lots of video editors for that. You can search them on google. I recommend Camtasia for you. It is easy to use and navigate.

    Hello,

    Video is video, just lean how to build it in screen capture software and save it to YouTube or your hard drive, in mp4 format, then upload to FB, that is it.
