How to hire a "traffic amplifier"...??
My site has a ton of high value, extensive articles, features and interviews on it.
I've used PPC a lot for straight sales but with Optinmonster delivering 350 free email leads a week I'm thinking my money might be better spent on a freelance - for want of a better phrase - "traffic amplifier".
Someone who's on retainer, with various bonuses woven in for hitting referral traffic targets.
This person would do all the heavy lifting software can't - engage on FB, G+, LI groups, post our content there in a non pushy way, answer questions and post links on Reddit, Quora et al, growing our following on Flipboard and the others.
Qs - has anyone hired someone like this? Where's the best place to find someone? Clearly they need some knowledge of the niche...but what are people typically paid by a small business for a role like this?
